Please bring a mat, towel and/or blanket if possible. We will have some extra mats available if needed.
Walk-ups Welcome but you will need to register and sign a waiver to participate. This class is donation based and no payment is required to participate in this class.
If this class is canceled due to poor weather conditions and you have registered in advance we will notify you by text message 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
