Custom Wellness Coaching

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Most approaches to healthy eating and lifestyle dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. It goes far beyond food and as we work together and these pieces accumulate, clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. We meet you where you are and help your get to where you want to go.

Yoga and Meditation

At Dream Intentions Studio we understand that many people turn to yoga and meditation in hopes of healing the mind, body and/or soul. This type of healing is a deeply personal process and is facilitated best in an environment outside of the typical gym or yoga studio. We have cultivated a private boutique studio space to promote relaxation and healing. We provide everything you need and meet you where you are in your own personal journey. Our classes are primarily taught with a beginners mind and all poses are adaptive for most every body type. Additionally class sizes are small (6 or less) which allows our instructors to tune into individual students needs and provide a more unique experience than following along with someone in a gym.
